This is a highly recommended Italian spot in Chicago, so I had to try it out. I opted to get the 'half plates' of pastas to try as much as possible. It has old school wooden tables and a good atmosphere. At least business casual dress was the vibe, but the staff were wearing soccer jerseys. I'm not sure I'd spend $15 on a Lavazza espresso martini again, but it was good! Favorite pasta was the penne vodka. The broccolini was a little disappointing. The ingredients tasted fresh, but sometimes leaned a little heavy on the basil for standout flavor.
This has quickly become our favorite all-around restaurant in Chicago. The service is always outstanding. The food is amazing. And the atmosphere and family serving style is really enjoyable and fun. We've been multiple times and can't say anything bad.
This place surprised me!!! Amazing, good quality, family style Italian food! The place is very charming and the staff is very kind. They take true care of you when you’re there. Bread with Olive oil, Parmesan and balsamic to start and the food just got better with time. The food comes out as it’s made and it is all fresh ingredients and hot! Added bonus being the food being very affordable and generous portions- again family style. We ordered 3 dishes and a drink and payed around $50 for everything- TOGETHER! would highly recommend and will be going again on my next visit!!
Everything was delicious the pizza is a must try!!! We sat at the bar because there was no current reservations. Only thing, I didn’t like was it was way too loud in there people were talking/yelling. Overall food is 10/10 and service as well food came out pretty fast even though it was busy. Should I mention I spent less than $50 with tips drinks and the food. Definitely worth visiting again
If I could give this restaurant 10 stars, I would! Everything here is delicious and the ambience is equally amazing. I highly recommend the pizza, calamari, and pasta. It's the best value for good food that you're going to find in Chicago. We came here twice on our trip!

The tortellini was one of my favorites that I’ve ever had. Loved the combination of a delicious homemade alfredo sauce, peas, and prosciutto. Literally would come back for this plate alone. Truly exceeded my expectations. Must go to Italian restaurant in Chicago. Gelato and sorbet was an amazing choice for shared dessert. 10/10! I will be sure to come back and share this with everyone looking for recommendations. The ambiance was amazing.
